Surgery is a game. Always a tough competition. Sometimes even a battle. Watch as the lives of five strangers unfold through means of sutures, drugs, and operations. We see a struggle for success as well as a struggle to find yourself throughout these first three defining years.

The end of Season 3 left us with almost nothing -- We will see Cristina rebuilding her life without Burke by her side, Meredith and Derek's relationship isn't as it used to be and Addison left Seattle for good.

The Finale of Season 4 had an effect on all of our characters. Meredith and Derek are finally together for good and we will see them in the next stage of their relationship. Will there be a new loveinterest for Cristina and Mark in the air? Will we see more of our old Grey's in this year 5 in the life of the SGH staff after all the kisses between Alex/Izzie, George/Lexie, Callie/Hahn and Richard/Adele?
